About the Founder : Dr Gloria Uchefuna

Dr Gloria Obioma Uchefuna is an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, Speaker and DISC Consultant with The John Maxwell Team. She is a trailblazer who has carried out diverse trainings for various leaders and organizations nationally and internationally. She is a renowned public speaker and a sort after leadership coach and mentor; providing leadership guidance to several successful men and women who are contributing their quotas to the development of their society. She has presented scholarly papers in several international and national conferences.
Through her passion for missions, she is redefining missions' frontiers and approaches in Nigeria through her leadership as the pioneer Executive Director of the state of the art Global Missions Resource Centre, Benin City and affiliated to NEMA (Nigeria Evangelical Missions Association) and Frontier Ventures (US Centre for World Missions), Pasadena, USA.
In her desire to impact her world and be a “voice” for the under privileged, Gloria through their pet project, Embracing the Nations Ministries (ENM), initiated "The Healthy Woman" Program in 1995 to provide health care information and Counseling for women with little or no access to such. The huge success registered by this initiative and the growing demand for information and services it offered led to its institutionalization as Health and Life International in 1998, popularly known as HEALIN, with Gloria as its Executive Director.
Under the dynamic leadership of this Amazon, HEALIN has impacted on the lives of the poor and vulnerable (in at least twelve states in Nigeria) through its evidence-based and value-driven programs in some key areas including Community Health, Women Empowerment and Youth Development

Gloria has served in various Christian leadership and ministry positions. With a distinguished college education in Nigeria, Gloria proceeded to Elim Bible Institute, Lima, New York where she trained as a career missionary. She obtained a Master of Arts in Practical Theology (majoring in missiology and leadership development) from Regent University, Virginia. After which, she proceeded and is soon to obtain a masters and doctorate degree in leadership development at
Life Christian University, Florida. It is her desire to be a lifetime learner.
Dr Gloria Obioma Uchefuna (Rev) is a recipient of several community and some international awards. She is indeed a pursuant of excellence and an emerging leader in Africa and the World.
